Our client are leading print and direct mail service provider based in Kent. They are looking for a Sales Executive/ Account Manager to join their successful Print & Direct Mail team; you will ideally have proven experience of Sales & Customer Relations within the Print and Direct Mail industry. The role and your main responsibilities: • Contact lapsed and prospective clients • Day to day running of key accounts from concept to completion • Focused on customer service and ensuring delivery of quality products • Production administration as required • Working with the team to ensure client requirements are met • Maintain extensive knowledge of print market conditions • Ensure clients are aware of all new products within Print and Direct Mail Person specification and skills required: • Proven customer relationship skills & ability to communicate at all levels • Excellent organisational/administration skills • Sound commercial acumen, Team player, Flexible to adapt to changing market • Print & Direct Mail experience is ideal but not essential • Sales experience required and a confident negotiator Benefits in return: • £30,000 Negotiable on level of experience + Uncapped Commissions • Part of a prestigious and highly reputable market leader • A strong database of warm and lapsed clients • 25 days holiday +8 bank holidays per annum
