You will be working within a team and independently, you must be able to prioritise workloads and be comfortable working towards deadlines. The Position: This role is one of the first points of contact for all clients and is responsible for processing client instructions, resolving problems or escalating issues as necessary. Once client instructions have been processed they ensure the timely delivery of the finished product back to source. This role will involved use of the telephone, email and keeping the database up to date. The Person: Successful candidates will have great communication skills at all levels. They may be educated to A Level or Degree Level and be logical with the ability to think on their feet. They will have a strong administrative ability, good IT skills and be used to working in an environment where immediate responses are expected.
