Technical Support Assistant Tunbridge Wells £22,000-£24,000 Our Client is a family owned and well established leading manufacturer of specialist Waterworks product and electronic interfaces. They are now looking to strengthen their team by the addition of a Technical Support Assistant to assist in all aspects of the business from initial contact through to product delivery and aftercare support. The successful candidate will have some previous sales experience, have a keen interest in electronics and be mechanically minded. Main Tasks of the role: • Preparation of quotations and supporting documentation • Telephone based technical support • Electronic product support (Full Training will be given) • Field commissioning and technical support of our range of hydraulic valves and their electrical interfaces as needed • Workshop assistance as required • Computer literate / MS Office conversant • Web developer skills desirable but not obligatory.
