Our client is a leading Print & Direct Mail company based in Kent. They are seeking a Production Controller with Print experience to join their team. You will be working closely with the Sales team, Production office and end clients to manage projects through estimate to delivery. Key duties and responsibilities to include: • Liaison with clients to ensure client satisfaction • Estimating or checking estimate to ensure accuracy versus received artwork/job. • Produce schedules when required • Electronic communication between client and departments to ensure full understanding of requirements. • Raising necessary purchase orders to suppliers for any external requirements • Raising Job bags for each project • Ensure all departments have necessary information to complete their part of the project • Actively follow through projects to ensure timescales are followed. • Raising invoices on completion of project or passing to sales for invoicing • Ensure any stock call off items are recorded and updated on call off. • Take on clients requirements direct and proactively increase sales Person specification, skills & abilities: • Essential that candidate has previous production experience within Print & Direct Mail • Excellent Administration skills, good time management & well organised • Must be computer literature familiar with word and excel • Self starter who can take projects through to completion • Good communicator both written and oral. • Good interpersonal and customer service skills Benefits in return: • Start salary of £22,000-£26,000 Dependant on experience • 25 days holiday & 8 bank holidays • Immediate Start Possible!
