Bar Manager Tunbridge Wells Luxury Hotel £19,000 A prestigious luxury hotel in Tunbridge Wells is actively seeking a Bar Manager to join their team. You must have previous bar and managerial experience. You will be responsible to work on various different events around the hotel, manage stock and plan ahead with the chef and management teams. Responsibilities: • Stock take • Stock replenishment and the day to day function of the bar • Rostering staff • Stock rotation, correct charging and ordering • Communicate with the manager regarding orders, recruitment, new stock • Event planning as there is 4 bars which are all used at various times and for different events You will be required to work 5 days each week including weekends.
