Tunbridge Wells Luxury Hotel A prestigious luxury hotel in Tunbridge Wells are actively seeking a Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Assistant to join their team. You must have previous fine dining experience, ideally within a hotel. You will communicate with the chef on a daily basis discussing menu choices, up coming events and general goings on in the Hotel. Responsibilities • To arrange the week shifts and recruitment of staff for events • Daily communication with the Bar manager, chef and waiting staff • Responsible for taking new bookings • Providing excellent customer service • Responsible for Breakfast, lunch and dinner services You will be required to work 5 days each week including weekends.
