Senior Credit Hire Claims Handler, Kent. Up to £31k plus excellent benefits and bonus.

As a Credit Hire Specialist you will manage a case load of contentious Credit Hire claims and be a central referral point for the claims team.
Heavily involved in proactively managing a portfolio of credit hire claims including high value & contentious cases.
Make financial and handling decisions to benefit the company, provide 1-2-1 coaching and feedback when required.
Ensure financial integrity on all claims managed and audited, providing technical support to a team of Third Party handlers and maintaining excellent technical understanding of Credit Hire processes/procedures and best practice. Making recommendations on areas for improvement.

To be successful as a Credit Hire Specialist you should have excellent negotiation and file management skills, demonstrate a sound understanding of the Credit Hire industry coupled with a strong understanding of the RTA and Article 75.
It would also be useful if you have experience of 1-2-1 coaching, knowledge of Quality Auditing and have knowledge of the ABI GTA and its implications.
