Credit Hire Claims Handler, Sussex. Up to £25,000 Excellent salary and benefits.

You will be responsible for handling your own case load of files from first notification through to final settlement.
Handling typically third party cases and negotiating with insurers.
Dealing with high value/contentious claims and claims handled outside of the ABI
GTA. Involved in fraudulent cases and gathering all relevant information to repudiate or settle cases.
Liaising with various internal and external customers daily.

You must have;
Experience of Credit Hire processes/procedures and best practice.
Proven track record of negotiating Credit Hire claims from Cradle to Grave.
Knowledge of the ABI GTA and its implications.
Proven ability to make financial and handling decisions.
Understanding of The Road Traffic Act 1988 and Article 75.
Possess excellent Negotiation Skills.
Adaptable and flexible in meeting the needs of the business.
Confident, assertive and able to influence third party decision-making.
Experience of liability and quantum disputes and negotiations.
