Frant is a small village, about three miles to the South of Tunbridge Wells. The school caters mostly for children from the village who start at the age of four and move on to secondary school at the age of eleven. The school moved from its old Victorian site, in the High Street, to its brand new building in January 2011. The new building was built to a very high standard and has many modern systems to ensure optimum use of natural resources and high efficiency of energy use and insulation.   This role is for a caretaker/handyperson to work each morning to unlock the building and get it ready for the school day. Duties include overseeing cleaning standards, inspection, testing and routine maintenance of building systems, porterage and general maintenance and repair. The caretaker will also be responsible for the cleaning of the hall.
