Coffee Expert / Sales Assistant

£18k + Co. Benefits

Monday - Sunday to include early starts & late finishes!!!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Coffee Enthusiast for a growing diverse company with a number of stores across the UK. This Coffee Specialist/Sales Assistant will get the opportunity to work with a variety of luxury coffee products and machines whilst working for a prestige brand.

The Role:

* Some supervisory/team leader duties will be required such as being a responsible key holder
* Being very hands on, demonstrating products, and providing customers with samples to try
* Acting as a source of knowledge for all customers looking to purchase any sort of coffee machine or accessory
* Being able to offer knowledge of the whole store across a variety of different home ware/kitchenware products
* Engaging the team on a daily basis, working towards sales targets, and store targets
* Offering training to other members of the team where required

The Ideal Candidate:

* Will require a passion for coffee and all things coffee related
* Will need some sort of coffee/barista experience
* Will need to have worked in a retail or sales driven environment previously
* Will need to be flexible to work shifts on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday
* Will need to have the ability to travel to Bluewater Shopping Centre for work purposes

This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
