Operations Manager – Country 4* Hotel 2AA rosette – Ashford/Kent – Up to £35,000
Our client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to look after this large country hotels multiple Food & Beverage operation. This classic and traditional hotel offers a fine dining experience in its popular 2AA rosette restaurant as well as catering for private dining and/ or an informal but sophisticated experience in its more modern Restaurant and bar as well as catering for private dining and a high number of weddings and other functions throughout the year.
We are looking for someone who is able to strengthen the Management and supervisory team beneath them whilst being responsible for service delivery, customer satisfaction, staff training and the commercial success of this multi-million £ part of the hotel's operation.
To be successful in this role you would have gained solid experience in a similar role within a large F&B operation looking after multiple restaurants and Conference and banqueting. You will have a proven track record in service delivery within a country resort or boutique hotel operation and posses a strong eye for detail.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager ready for their next step or an Operations Manager seeking a more challenging position. This is a 7 day operation where you will be expected to cover the hours required by business needs.
