Our client specialise in Environmental Chemical Testing. They now require a Junior Customer Service Operative to join their rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities;

• Assisting the Senior Customer Service Operative.
• Answering and returning customer telephone calls
• Solving customer enquiries
• Carrying out standard administration tasks
• Checking laboratory schedules
• Checking laboratory database
• Providing quotations

• A basic knowledge of science and the environment
