Adult College for Rural East Sussex

Part-Time Evening Centre Administrator - Uplands Community College, Wadhurst The Adult College for Rural East Sussex is looking for an administrator to support adult learning courses running in the Community College and oversee the courses running at the Community Centre in the evenings.   You will be required to work two evenings (Monday and Wednesday) 6.30pm - 9.45pm, 6.5 hours per week, adult learning term time only (33 weeks per year). The successful candidate will play an integral part in providing high levels of service to students, tutors and other internal and external customers.

Our administrators play a key role in supporting ACRES - helping us provide an excellent service to the people of rural communities in East Sussex. It's fast-paced and varied, but we'll make sure you get all the training and support you need to succeed.  You'll be a great communicator, enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible with strong IT and administration skills.  You will have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.  Knowledge of adult learning is desirable but not essential.
