Personal Injury Claims Handler, Kent. C£25k plus excellent benefits.

You will be required to handle and settle personal injury MoJ cases from first advice through to final settlement.
Handling cases typically up to £25,000.
Minimising leakage, handling in a cost effective manner and ensuring you provide an effective/efficient service to customers.
Dealing with customers directly, so ensuring you manage their expectations and keep them fully up to speed with the progress of their claim.
Managing both new and existing cases daily.
Working within and adhering to both company & regulatory guidelines.
Identifying any irregular or potentially fraudulent claims, investigating accordingly to gather further evidence.
Referring escalated cases to appropriate teams where required.

To apply you will ideally have previous experience of handling injury claims.
Alternatively those with strong motor claims experience who are looking to progress in to injury and can demonstrate the ability to progress quickly are encouraged to apply.
You will be well organised, professional, have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate well at various levels.
