The Community Learning Disability Team West, based in Uckfield are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Practice Manager who has excellent knowledge of social work practice and experience in Safeguarding Adults at Risk.  A strong commitment to staff support and supervision is required as you will be expected to lead and support the team through change.

Right on the frontline of our well-regarded Adult Social Care service, you will be leading an established team, making key decisions and providing support to care managers. It is a challenging role - but there is no shortage of rewards within the part you will play to ensure our service continues to develop, giving positive outcomes for vulnerable adults. You will already know how to get the best out of a dedicated, professional team and hold a relevant health or social care qualification.
