Support for Adults with Learning Disbailities

We are a service committed to supporting adults with learning disabilities to have more choice and control of their lives through a person centred approach. You will enable clients to lead more independent lives and provide support with all their individual needs. You will be part of a dynamic team working in either our residential or day services, providing support to clients enabling independence through skill development, work experience and social opportunities.  For you, there is the opportunity to take on a role with real meaning. You will have a full induction, with training and be supported to develop in your career including completing your QCF award. This is our commitment to you. We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join us, working for Adult Social Care in a variety of services across Crowborough and Chailey.
