We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and most importantly service led Food & Beverage Manager for a beautiful hotel located in Uckfield, East Sussex.

Set in 1100 acres of English countryside this hotel boasts three restaurants as well as a Golf Course and luxury spa. As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of three restaurants. You will show strong leadership skills, consistency and attention to detail with the ability to drive the team. It is vital you possess a passion for service through professionalism whilst striving to satisfy a client. You will also be involved with functions and events within the hotel.
