Legal Secretary – Personal Medical Injury Dept.
My client is an established legal brokerage with exciting expansion plans. They are seeking a Legal Secretary to add to their personal medical injury department.
The team is currently made up off 8 people, 3 Solicitors, 2 Partners and 3 supports staffs, the current support staff are each covering their own duties to those specific partners/solicitors this position is administering the dept as a whole and providing support to all Partners & Solicitors where appropriate.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, communicating and a good team player about to provide support & assistance to other secretaries as and when necessary, you will be very organised and able to manage your time effectively. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & outlook, have fast and accurate audio typing skills of 65 wpm or more.
If you have used Case Management Systems or worked in a Personal Injury/ Clinical Negligence department, this is advantageous but not essential.
