This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a team running the school's highly successful pre and post school child care facility. The ideal candidate will be devoted to providing a safe, creative and stimulating environment for our breakfast and after school club. This club is an integral and essential service offered to parents and carers of children at Rotherfield Primary School. The ideal candidate will be highly organised as the role involves supervising children, planning activities, providing refreshments and administering first aid. The role also requires good personnel and communication skills as the individual will need to liaise effectively with parents, carers and school staff. There will be a element of day to day administration, record keeping, ordering and purchasing of supplies as well as ensuring that the club complies with all Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies.   The ideal candidate should be interested in organising a range of activites for the children including creative crafts, sports and social events.
