Front of House Supervisor –Up to £19000

This unique restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Head Front of House Supervisor to join their busy team. The Restaurant itself delivers modern British food and is well know for its Michelin star status.

The perfect candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry to supervisory level and be highly customer focused. You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant in the Managers absence and the day to day running of the operation, supervising service, supervising staff, managing reservations and ensuring the best level of service is delivered at all times.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is truly passionate about the industry and looking to develop their skills in a highly acclaimed restaurant. The role offers great benefits including 100% of your tips in cash weekly on top of your basic salary giving you a much higher OTE.

Due to the nature of the business you will be expected to work 5 out of 7 days on split shifts for lunch and dinner. Because of the location of the restaurant there is limited public transport access and you must drive.
