Customer Service Advisor (French speaking)

Our client, a globally recognised organisation is seeking a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team to cover the French Market from the UK base, in Crawley, West Sussex.

As a French speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Receiving inbound calls from customers and dealing with general product enquiries
• Taking and logging al product orders and processing details via SAP
• Answering emails and faxes and confirming orders
• Working mainly with the French market and other areas in the business
• Translating documents for marketing information
• Developing product knowledge across the company range

The ideal candidate for the role of French speaking Customer Service Advisor, will require the following:
• A strong command of the English language, both written and orally
• Fluent French, both written and orally
• An additional language, Italian or Brazilian portugese, would be an advantage
• Proven customer service experience
• Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage

This is a contract/temporary role initially for 3 months, with a view to going permanent. The salary on a permanent basis will be up to £22,500 per annum.
