An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Manager to join this successful business based in Surrey

The main purpose of the role will be to manage, monitor and motivate the sales team in order to drive sales and grow the business.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Setting and monitoring sales targets
Monitoring individual performance, including analysing telephone stats
Collating management information on sales and call cycles
Generating new business ideas in order to enhance business
In addition you will be responsible for the day to day management of your team to include: recruitment, training, one to ones
