Call Centre Team Leader

Dynamite Recruitment are currently working with the largest independent estate agency group in the south who are currently looking to recruit 2 Team Leaders to join their busy team.

Previous call centre supervisory OR Estate agency experience is essential

This position will involve getting the best results from your team by coaching, training and developing your staffs skills. Active listening and monitoring of calls will be a key part of the job in order to recommend action points to improve performance. The ability to engage with staff and get the most out of them is also essential.



The call centre being open 7 days a week and you will be required to work 5 days in 7.
