My client is a large employment relationships company who are passionate about helping people reach their potential through a range of tailored programmes.
The role which I am recruiting for, is for an Employer Partnership Coordinator to join this market leader on a permanent basis in Basildon, Essex.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Establish links and relationships with employers and clients via the Job Centre.
• To sell the services of the company, including the Work Programme to all new and potential employers.
• Ensure that links with employers are maintained to generate appropriate and sustainable vacancies for clients.
• Working closely with Employment Advisors, to ensure they have a clear understanding of the recruitment process.
• Preparing CVs to send to prospective and current employers.
• Collating information to advertise roles which you will be recruiting for.
• Ability to analyse market trends to identify potential business opportunities when contacting new employers.
• Carry out well thought out mail shot activity to appropriate new and existing employers which corresponds to the job goals of clients;
• Identify the recruitment needs of each employer and tailor pre-screens and group assessments to their specific needs ensuring that contractual terms are met.
Skills/Experience:
• The ideal candidate must have previous experience within recruitment or sales based environment.
• Have previous experience working in a fast paced environment, which involves creating relationships with the general public.
