An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the business in Sevenoaks.

Our client is one of the UK's leading high street branded retail restaurant operators with a portfolio of very successful restaurants across the country.

You will already be a first class restaurant manager with a real focus on quality food and friendly, relaxed service. You will be a passionate and dynamic leader, focused on the development of your team and the business as a whole

The ideal candidate will have a branded restaurant background. You will be used to a weekly turnover in excess of £25k along with extremely high standards and a proven track record of driving sales whilst at the same time leading, motivating and developing a team of people. The ideal candidate will have extremely tight controls over their business.

The role is a hands on position and the successful applicant will have a strong head for business with a strong personality and a proven track record. This is not a position for a back of house manager who is afraid of leading from the front; we need applicants with big personalities.

They will give you scope to run your very own restaurant in your very own way using your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to create a successful business and memorable experience for your customers, and a great place to work for your team.

Experience of leading teams and driving business performance is a must, together with a real understanding of, and passion for creating delicious food and providing world class service. In addition you'll also have great people management skills and will have utilised these to develop talent and manage those team members that need support to fulfil their potential. As an inspirational leader, passionate about the brand, you'll be adept at leading your team to provide excellent service and top class standards to ensure we remain market leaders.
