Financial Accountant, Uckfield, East Sussex, Harvey John have been appointed as sole agent to work with a client who are an international business with global turnover of in excess of £30m. The role of Financial Accountant will report to the Regional Financial Controller in the global Head Office and the objective of the role is to maintain effective financial controls within EMEA region and the UK business.
Duties will include:-
· To prepare and report on monthly management accounts of the company .
· To support the preparation of the company profit plan
· Maintain company general ledger
· Support production of management and statutory accounts and tax returns for Group reporting
· Produce financial management information for UK managers
· Review profitability of Systems activity
· Ensure timely reporting on VAT and Intrastat
The successful candidate will have experience in producing company accounts and either be qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience. This is great role that could offer the opportunity in the future the supervise staff and work on commercial business projects. Experience of working in a production and/or sales and marketing focused business is highly desirable.
