Case Support Administrator Tonbridge £12,642 Our client is based in Tonbridge is currently looking to recruit a Case Support Administrator to provide administration support to the PI Claims Advisers Skills required: Well organised with excellent administration skills and a good eye for detail.
Excellent IT skills; good knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
Good typing speed ideally above 40 WPM Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Quick learner Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Team Worker.
Key tasks Reporting to and providing direct support for 1 to 3 PI Claims Advisers, the Case Support Assistant will be responsible for collating all relevant documents and data for each Motor Claim.
The role is process driven, and will require excellent attention to detail, organisation and administration skills.
The role will also involve the following:- Opening and allocation of daily post.
Making calls to external providers to ensure information is received.
Issue of letters to external providers and customers as requested by file handler Typing basic letters and e mails with the content provided by the FI or via agreed templates.
Answering telephone calls.
Perform various other key administration tasks to support the Claims Adviser.
Experience: No previous insurance knowledge required.
The role holder must have previous experience as an administrator or in a support or assistant type position.
Person Spec The ideal candidate will have demonstrable administration experience, be happy in a purely administrative based position and be a self starter.
They will be tenacious, able to communicate with customers on various levels and have good time management skills.
